I am passionate about promoting well-being, resilience, and growth through drawing on attachment theory and neurobiological principles, tailoring my approach to each client’s needs. My clients include parents and families who may feel that they are near the end of their rope with their children and struggling to find ways to thrive. I help clients uncover the roots of anxiety and depression, strengthen relationships, and find joy and connection. For nearly two decades, I’ve worked with adoptive families, honoring diversity and fostering belonging and healing for all.
I offer individual and filial (parent/child) therapy around a variety of concerns, from anxiety to complex trauma. As an EMDR trained clinician, I enjoy working with both adults and children.
