Groups
Women's Support Group: Survivors of Sexual Trauma
This is an on-going process group for women who have survived sexual trauma, whether it be assault, rape, incest, child sexual abuse, date rape, molestation, or marital rape. We explore the impact of the trauma(s), learn to identify and manage triggers, develop coping mechanisms, maintain safety, increase ability to access social support, tame PTSD, lessen anxiety and depression, process our experiences, build a plan for the future, and begin to heal somatically. Emotional safety is a high priority. Experience support under the guidance of a professional who is trained in trauma, abuse, and issues of sexuality. Call for an intake interview.
