My name is Susan O’Connell. I am an experienced Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a
Master’s Degree from Loyola University Chicago and specialized training in Family and Couples
Therapy at the Chicago Center for Family Health. For over 29 years, I have worked extensively with
individual adults, couples, families, adolescents, and children. I create a warm, accepting atmosphere in
which to work with clients and find solutions. I help identify my clients’ strengths and resiliencies.
During our first session, we will talk about your concerns, the reason you are seeking therapy, what you might have tried to solve your problem(s), and what might have worked. We will begin to get to know each other.
