I use an eclectic approach, which can include cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, object relations and DBT techniques. I am an art therapist, and incorporate creative expression when appropriate. I may use one or all of these approaches with you. I believe treatment is a journey that we take together, the ultimate end result being you walk your own path with tools you need to be healthy and happy.
