I am a licensed professional counselor and a certified school psychologist. I have worked with various individuals helping them to gain healthy coping skills and develop better problem solving skills. I am also an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider and have experience working with children and adults with ADHD.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a critical component of the therapeutic process. I also employ cognitive-behavioral techniques to help clients gain a better understanding of the relationship between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and to gain insight regarding their emotions and begin to make positive changes.
