There are hundreds of reasons why I became a counselor, but the main reason is the want to help guide clients into a better quality of life! The basis of my clinician approach is the strong belief in creating a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. As an eclectic counselor, I utilize multiple evidence-based counseling theories such as CBT, REBT, Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, Positive Psychology and Psychodynamic. I have experience working with disorders such as depression, anxiety, autism, OCD, personality disorders, schizophrenia, substance abuse and many others!
