Numerous factors influenced my decision to pursue counseling, with the primary motivation being my desire to assist individuals in improving their quality of life. As an eclectic counselor, I utilize multiple evidence-based counseling theories such as CBT, REBT, Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, Positive Psychology and Psychodynamic. I have experience working with disorders such as depression, anxiety, autism, OCD, personality disorders, schizophrenia, substance abuse and many others!
