I come from a strength-based perspective, using an eclectic approach by offering a variety of therapeutic modalities that are oriented to the individual. Modalities inlcude EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I seek to help clients transition through difficult/challenging times to experiencing life in a more fulfilling & positive light.
I am currently taking on new clients. I have several time slots available both in person or online.
I have 20 years of experience working with children, pre-teens, adolescents, families and adults. I now work with individuals age 18 years and up that are experiencing trauma related issues, relationship concerns and those who are working through specific life phase issues. I am a Medicaid and Medicare Provider.
I offer support, facilitation and education to divorcing/separating parents through classes offered by Co- Parenting Santa Fe. We assist co-parents to improve or establish working co-parenting relationships for the emotional health and well being of their children and the entire family. Individual sessions for co- parenting issues are also available.
