As a skilled professional, my approach may involve cognitive/behavioral, problem-focussed or insight-oriented therapy in a treatment plan that we develop together to best achieve your goals in therapy.
In addition to my training in psychotherapy, I also have an M.A. in English Literature and taught English in several universities prior to becoming a therapist.
