Research shows that Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is more likely to predict success than IQ or experience. Emotional regulation, the ability to effectively manage + respond to an emotional experience, is a key component of EQ. Effective management of our emotions requires learning how to experience them in balance. Balance is a huge aspect of our outlooks + successful moments in human life. When we are in balance, we create an internal environment where wellness thrives, creativity flows + healthy relationships manifest and build. Imagine if the skills of EQ learned like the skill of riding a bike?

Once we understand the procedures for being in balance, we never forget. I specialize in human beings. My approach is rooted in Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy® (PACT), Trauma-Focused / Informed Approaches and Brainspotting, an innovative technique to lessen aspects of PTSD and remove performance / creative blocks. I work with adults + couples.

My approach is centered on awareness + observations + repair - not your diagnosis or disorder. I am an innovator, highly intuitive + passionate about discovering creative solutions that work for you (or your coupleship). My approach is individualized + interactive with a focus on long-term sustainable change. Together, we'll integrate chaos + rigidity.
