Grounded in trauma-informed therapy techniques that incorporate somatic and mindfulness practices, my goal is to help you tackle the underlying causes of your struggles and integrate strategies to maintain your well-being. I primarily use attachment theory combined with approaches like IFS, EFT, DBT, Psychodynamic, Gottman, mindfulness and somatic EMDR.
