The main therapeutic approaches Susan uses are Person Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with clients. Susan works on individualizing therapy to meet the client’s needs. Building rapport is her number one goal when meeting with a new client. A client needs to feel comfortable with the counselor in order to share their story.
