Hello. My name is Susan Sturdivant Miles. I am an LPC who has been in this field for over 10 years. My therapy approach focuses on building the mind and body as one, bringing each piece together so that there is understanding in order to find healing.
The most common approaches for me are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Reality Therapy. I typically work with teens and young/middle-age adults.
