My ideal clients to work with are people of any age or gender who have relational conflict. I want to respect and honor their authentic identity, looking at their relationships, what is working vs not working, while giving space to explore and heal through past and present trauma. This would include children and parents, families, and couples experiencing such conflict. Supporting clients from a place of curiosity, nonjudgement, and compassion as well as developing trust and hope is my strength as a therapist.
My approach is to listen compassionately to current narratives while understanding how to help clients create new ones. I do this by helping to repair relational attachment injuries, destructive communication patterns, and negative thought patterns through a nurturing environment, experiential strategies, and psychoeducation.
My goal as your therapist is to be a part of your journey to be in relationship with yourself and others in a healthy way. I know it is not easy to do alone, and I’d like to have the opportunity to walk alongside you in healing.
