I work with clients that are dealing with stresses from a wide range of life challenges that can include: balancing the demands of multiple roles (i.e. job, spouse, children, volunteer, household, time for self), divorce, loss of a spouse, caregiving responsibilities, and life balance, aging parents, and retirement issues
My unique approach to Life Coaching moves beyond the concepts one may normally find employed in a traditional life coaching setting. I also have extensive experience helping others overcome the impacts of stress and its relationship to the mind/body connection.
