Welcome! I am a compassionate and spiritual person. I believe the counseling experience should be a place where people can feel safe in a nonjudgmental atmosphere. I have had many years of experience in both clinical and private practice. My greatest joy is helping people improve their lives and increase their happiness and success. I have a client centered approach and offer an unconditional positive relationship with all my clients. I treat women, men, teens and young adults using various clinical evidenced based therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy and DBT strategies.
Life changes, divorce & relationship issues can turn one's life upside down and cause extreme stress and anger. I want to support people during such agonizing times. Children and adolescents deal with constant adjustments, pain and changes. I help teens and children with 18 years of experience as a clinical therapist and as a mother of three children.
Couples struggle with barriers of communication and negative patterns of coping that result in anger, frustration, sadness. These need to be addressed for change. I have vast experience with women's issues, depression, infertility and miscarriage.
Infidelity in relationships is another area of experience along with experience with work and job conflicts.
