Welcome! I am a compassionate and spiritual person. I believe the counseling experience should be a place where people can feel safe in a nonjudgmental atmosphere. I have had many years of experience in both clinical and private practice. My greatest joy is helping people improve their lives and increase their happiness and success. I have a client centered approach and offer an unconditional positive relationship with all my clients. I treat women, men and children/teens/young adults using various clinical evidenced based therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy and DBT strategies.
Life changes, divorce & relationship issues can turn ones life upside down and cause extreme stress and anger. I want to support people during such agonizing times. Childhood and adolescents deal with constant adjustments, pain and changes. I help teens and children with 12 years of experience as a clinical therapist and as a mother of three children.
Couples and marriages struggle with barriers of communication and negative patterns of coping that result in anger, frustration and sadness that need to be addressed for change. I see many men and woman and teens. I have vast experience with women's issues, depression and infertility struggles; the pain and loss relating to both infertility and miscarriage.
