I have over 15 years’ experience in a variety of clinical settings with Adults. I am trained in a variety of
techniques and evidence-based practices and where you will learn to feel empowered to explore andmanage the day to day stress
I have extensive background in both outpatients and residential settings including but not limited to Co-occurring Disorders, Addictions,diverse gender issues, mental health, LGBTQIA+, Adult Autism and disabilities.
There are many roads to recovery to a health and wellness and I will travel that road with you and help you learn how to deal with difficult life challenges.
