All my therapy sessions are virtual using a confidential program where we can meet via computer or cell phone. I switched to virtual because I found it is effective, efficient and generally preferred by clients. No travel required and it is convenient.
You are the driver of your sessions. I have 25 years experience working with adults, families, adolescents & children facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual identity and family/relationship issues. I also have a background in college and career counseling, resume preparation.
