I value each of my clients' individuality and uniqueness and aim to help them thrive. I work with adults individually as well as do couples' sessions. I have been a life-long 'counselor at heart', and have worked with clients in Nashville for over a decade. I am passionate about my practice, and have gotten positive feedback for being "a therapist who 'gets it'." I have experience across several different treatment settings prior to private practice, and I'm ready to meet you and help you thrive!
