I offer psychotherapy for individual adults and teens. I also offer specialized services for prenatal/postpartum women, and therapy to support parents and young children age 0-5. Understanding the poignance and importance of this period, I spent much of my early training studying how to best support early parent-child relationships.
I'm a Certified EMDR Therapist. EMDR is a highly effective treatment for trauma that greatly accelerates the healing process. I am also a Level 2 trained Internal Family Systems therapist and I am working towards certification. I Find IFS a highly effective therapy for symptom relief and self integration. And I love using it with clients.
