I enjoy working with clients of all ages who are experiencing life changes and want support in navigating these challenges. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds who want to see someone with significant multicultural experience. My clients are often persons who benefit from being seen, listened to non-judgmentally and want to discover their inner strengths. They find a safe environment in which to explore ways to achieve personal aspirations for health and well-being.
I offer decades of lived experience to clients and a multicultural mindset. I work together with clients in a partnership, listening to clients' needs and co-developing treatments, always with a person-centered orientation. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, humanism, motivational interviewing, reality therapy and expressive/music therapy in my practice.
I welcome Massachusetts clients for in-person meetings in the Falmouth area as well as tele-health appointments.
