I am a compassionate, client-centered clinical social worker, who will meet you exactly where you are in your wellness journey. Whether you’re facing anxiety, relationship transitions, trauma, or ADHD. I will work to create a safe, affirming space for growth and healing. I am a gender-affirming therapist certified by the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), proud advocate for inclusive care, and member of NASW Ohio. I am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider.
My approach includes cognitive therapy, motivational interviewing, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and trauma-informed care. I have additional training in ADHD management, relationship coaching and sexuality training from AASECT the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists.
