I am certified in both Imago Relationship Therapy(IRT) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a treatment for trauma.
Relationships are primary in our lives. IRT is a highly effective form of couples therapy that has positively affected thousands of couples around the world. EMDR is a comprehensive, integrative psychotherapy approach that helps individuals to recover and process a traumatic event(s).
