Together, with my clients, I create new strategies to get "up and over" the things that limit their ability to be satisfied with themselves in their lives.
I know what's it like to feel "stuck" at different times and stages of life. I've done years of personal work for myself, as well as many many years of working others through their awareness and personal development journeys. Groups
Coaching to Connection Women's group
We do 1/2 day to 2 day empowerment workshops with women of all ages. We have topical workshops as well as workshops that are more tailor-made to needs of a particular group of women.
