I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds and of various ages. My approach to therapy is eclectic, recognizing that each individual is and merits tailored therapeutic interventions. My expertise includes cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, person-centered therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, among others
The aim of therapy is to meet you at your current state and assist you in expressing your emotions. My goal is to grasp your perspective and support you in processing changes that you are comfortable with and that significantly contribute to your personal development.
