The intersection of brain health and physical health is an area that fascinates me and in which I have some expertise. Between the gut-brain axis and the fact that 90% of all neurotransmitters (serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine, etc) are synthesized in the gut, there isn't always a clear distinction between physical and brain health issues. I love sharing information about nutraceuticals for brain health as well as about Medical Advocacy.
Issues: anxiety, depression, grief and loss, infertility, pregnancy, adoption, and post partum/adjustment to parenthood. I am happy to support you through caring for and being or finding a Medical Advocate for your loved one during an illness. I love coaching parents; I was a School Counselor for 8 years and love kids!

If you do have out of network benefits, you pay me for the cost of the session at the time of service. I provide you with a super bill which has on it all of the details that are needed for you to obtain reimbursement from your insurance company.
