I specialize in working with individiduals navigating trauma, ADHD, chronic stress, burnout, and life transitions. Together we'll work to understand not only what's happening, but why. I believe healing becomes easier when we stop asking, "What's wrong with me?" and start asking, "What happened to me, and what does my brain need now?"
My approach integrates EMDR, IFS-informed therapy, neuroscience, attachment theory, and nervous system-informed care to help clients better understand themselves, process difficult experiences, and build lives that feel more sustainable and authentic. Therapy isn't about becoming someone new. Sometimes it's about understanding who you've been all along.
