I believe that people have the ability to heal and change, no matter their experiences. So many issues come up for us, and having a safe, inclusive, & supportive place to talk can be life-changing. I work with adults, adolescents, and children in my practice & treat a wide variety of issues.
Starting Feb 2026, I will be adding an in-person grief group and a group for those with loved ones in addiction to my practice. Groups will meet weekly for 8 weeks and will include sandtray and Animal-Assisted Counseling as part of the curriculum. Contact me to get on the waitlist for group.
I use solution-focused counseling techniques with elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients heal, change, and grow. Additionally, I provide Certified Animal-Assisted Counseling with Olive, my 3-year-old corgi. Play therapy, group therapy, and sand tray are also important aspects of my work with clients.
I have both in-person and virtual sessions, so I can work with any client living in Texas. In my practice, I see clients in the afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays, which allows clients to not miss work or school to have a session. Additionally, I am also taking LPC-Associates who are looking for supervision, in-person or virtually. Reach out to get started.
