I work with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship distress, grief, life transitions, disordered eating, and a general sense of feeling alone. Together, we will slow things down, make sense of your feelings, gently shift the patterns that keep you stuck, and help you gain a sense of wholeness.

As your therapist, I offer compassion, empathy, and a safe space to explore what’s holding you back from the life you want. When things feel challenging in our work, I hold hope for you. I work with individuals (16+) and couples to foster growth and healing.
