I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who specializes in treating anxiety, depression, parenting issues, as well as individuals who have experienced a wide range of traumas, to include childhood abuse and neglect, sexual assault, intimate partner violence, and military combat.
My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, used along with evidence-based therapies and modalities like Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help you achieve your goals. I'm currently accepting clients 18 and older for appointments Monday-Thursday 9am to 4pm.
