Hello. My name is Susan Lambrose and I am an LMFT and have been practicing in California for the past 14 years. I believe that one of the most important aspects of therapy is to create a safe space for clients to explore and express the challenges they are facing in their lives and the things they would most like to change. A good client/therapist relationship is key in this journey that will lead to inner clarity and the establishment and accomplishment of your own personal goals.
I typically work with individual adults (18 and up), seniors, and couples. I have worked with those who are challenged by Depression, Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Dual Diagnosis (mental health issues and substance abuse), Chronic Pain Disorders, Grief Issues, and Relationship Issues.
I like to create a very safe space where clients are able to communicate openly and honestly and do not feel judged or inhibited but feel comfortable and accepted for who they are despite their challenges. I want my clients to feel fully supported in keeping healthy boundaries and meeting beneficial goals that they set for themselves.
