As a therapist, I offer clients a safe, supportive, and confidential space to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to help them make good changes. I design evidence-based therapies to each client's requirements and goals. Therapy is a partnership where the client and I find and fix the obstacles to a happy, satisfying life.
