I'm a certified Brainspotting therapist, trained in Internal Family Systems, certified in grief counseling, and pursuing accreditation in betrayal trauma. I offer weekly 60 and 90 minute sessions, as well as custom therapy intensives (4 to 8 hours and up to 2 to 3 days) for deeper, focused healing.
