Hello. Welcome to my section. I have enjoyed helping individuals and families for many years in California. I work with people who are struggling with mood swings, anxieties or who are just feeling stuck. I use many treatment modalities such as assessment testing, relaxation techniques (and hypnotherapy), family systems, behavioral strategies and cognitive behavioral therapies (based on each client's need).

In my early career I worked in a local suicide hotline and later conducted therapy in input and outpt chemical dependency treatment settings. I then completed my doctorate and gained experience with traumas and mood disorders at the VA. At UCLA I worked in the Family Project for the treatment of Bipolar Disorder.
