I am currently accepting new clients! I work through telehealth only, You are the expert on your own life. But, when life does not follow your best laid plans, you sometimes need help to work through the changes to become stronger than before. In the space we create together, you can examine your life journey and find ways to use your strengths to make a better life. In my practice, I use a strengths-based approach for individual therapy that is appropriate for adults of all genders, orientations, and ages. Together, I can to help you with life changes, sexuality, relationships, and self esteem.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as mindfulness, lifestyle changes, and community connections to help my clients live their fullest, happiest lives. I have experience with trauma, learning differences, addiction, and health concerns. I treat clients with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and who are survivors of trauma.
I work with the LGBTQ community, the polyamory community, and various spiritual traditions. I am a Seattle native and love the diversity of thought and lifestyle found in our area. I will help you find solutions and peace in your life, and to face the changes and stages that are a part of reaching authenticity.
