Compassionate Transformation: I have over 35 years of clinical experience. I gently help people transform trauma, emotional wounding and suffering into profound healing, self-love, compassion and well-being. I guide people to release thoughts, perceptions and blockages that create suffering. I help people attune to their own truth and and to freely
express their inner voice. I use a combination of modalities including Somatic Experiencing, EMDR and working with parts. For those interested, Ram Dass was my teacher and has influenced my perspective of the healing journey through a spiritual lens.
I welcome adult clients with a wide array of mental health issues, including (but not limited to) grief, anxiety, trauma, codependency, relationship issues, life transitions, sex abuse, and ACOA (adult children of alcoholics). I also work with people who are facing the possibility or inevitability of their own death and/or are interested in spirituality.
