About
Life can be rough and sometimes our coping mechanisms used in the past just do not seem to be working. Most people find that having a professional, outside of family and friends, can be tremendously helpful in order to move forward. Whether you are struggling with troublesome behaviors, thoughts and/or emotions, participating in therapy can be beneficial. I work to create a safe space for you to explore and work towards creating the life you want.
I use a variety of techniques to help you change or develop behaviors, examine your thinking for patterns that are unhelpful, help you to find balance with your emotions and come to a place where you feel purpose and meaning in your life.
If you feel now is the time, please give me a call and let us see what we can accomplish together. You don’t have to walk through life’s challenges alone.
