Maybe settings that were supposed to be the safest (family, home, school, church) were actually harmful. It’s helpful to understand the impact of our past in order to write new chapters. I offer EMDR (which can address trauma and much more) and traditional therapy. I help clients resolve past difficulties, navigate life transitions, and find a way forward. For clients who have questions regarding faith and spirituality, I offer a non-judgmental space for seeking clarity and wisdom. You have what it takes to find freedom in all areas of life!

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is an evidence-based effective treatment for trauma and other distressing life experiences. By using bilateral stimulation while processing memories, EMDR can help reduce distress, improve self-esteem, and alleviate symptoms like PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Many of my clients prefer using EMDR therapy alongside traditional therapy.
