Has life thrown you too many curve balls? Have you experienced a traumatic event in your life? Are you feeling anxious, depressed and/or stressed? If you feel like you should know what to do and are stuck, I can help. We all feel inadequate or out of balance sometimes. I can help you find your strengths and regain your balance. Whether you are suffering with issues at work, with your children and/or with your spouse/significant other, I'd like to help.
I am a trained EMDR clinician. EMDR is a research-based intervention shown to be effective in the treatment of trauma and anxiety. I provide a supportive environment in which clients learn how to use their strengths to navigate through transitional and/or traumatic events & cope with chronic stress: relational, financial, or health-related.
In my post-graduate studies, I focused on workshops that enhance my therapeutic skills: 1. recovery from trauma, anxiety and depression. 2. assist parents in developing positive parenting techniques and positive relationships with their children, 3. assisting people through transitions that occur in their lives and 4. managing chronic stress.
