I offer a full range of services to individuals, couples, and families. My services include psychotherapy and assessment for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, parenting issues, personal growth and development, grief and loss. My ideal client would be someone who wants to live life to the fullest and is committed to developing the skills he or shee needs to reach that goal!
I have a special interest in trauma reduction. Trauma can stem from several situations, including abuse, neglect, divorce or loss of a beloved friend or family member. I love seeing my clients gain the skills they need to not only survive, but to thrive!
The most important part of my work is building a safe, trusting, and supportive relationship with each individual and family. I believe that unconditional caring and respect are key elements of a therapy relationship, and each client's personal and spiritual beliefs will be honored and respected.
