About
Have you experienced constant putdowns, frequent criticism, controlling behavior, or physical violence by a family member or significant other? Are you suffering from unrelenting self-doubt or have difficulty maintaining boundaries? Do you tend to hide or deny your pain? These are just a few of the common dynamics experienced by those entangled in a toxic relationship. Learn how to take back your power, take responsibility for your life, and grow in strength and compassion towards yourself and others.
As a licensed professional counselor and EMDR therapist, I work with survivors of domestic violence, childhood abuse, and bullying to address persistent memories and negative core beliefs. As part of the therapeutic process, I will also help you explore your core self, personality, while building personal responsibility, inner strength, and compassion.
I am passionate about helping others grow through the therapeutic process while providing a safe, nurturing environment in which to heal. If you are ready to take the next step in becoming the best version of yourself, I look forward to walking beside you on the journey.
