While we can't change situations of the past, we can work together to resolve those feelings and issues that continue to effect your present. Through therapeutic approaches and techniques, we will unearth behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful existence.

I will help you learn healthier ways to manage your mood and emotions so as to improve the quality of your everyday life. I treat everyone with empathy; respect and confidentiality.
