After many years in social work, I've come to believe that the most effective therapy doesn't come from a one-size-fits-all approach, but from meeting you exactly where you are. I believe in deeply individualized care, partnering with you to identify your goals and help you make rapid, meaningful progress. With a unique perspective shaped by my own journey through challenges and trauma, I offer an open-minded, non-judgmental space where you can feel truly understood and empowered to heal.
My approach is client-centered and eclectic—I tailor my methods to your unique needs rather than one fixed style. I draw on CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy and specialize in trauma-informed care and grief counseling.
