I am currently accepting new clients! My passion is helping us find the courage, wisdom and strength that is already within us. I work with teens and adults. I particularly love empowering girls and women. I have worked with all ages and walks of life during my 30+ years as a social worker.
My practice is focused on supporting healthier self image, relationships, and life satisfaction. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and grief. My clients often struggle with overthinking and negative self talk. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where individuals feel empowered to make positive changes in their lives.
