Accepting new clients. Many people are hesitant to seek counseling because they prefer to focus solely on others, even as they suffer in silence. I believe in the concept of helping my clients work through issues that are negatively affecting their functioning and preventing them from being their best selves. I strive to create an environment of support and acceptance in which we can work collaboratively, drawing on their strengths to reduce the impact of those negative core beliefs and thoughts that are holding them back.
I am currently accepting new clients and I work with both women and men, as well as adolescents 12 and older . My focuses include assisting clients struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, fertility issues, life coaching, relationship issues, and life-change crises.
