About
There is a myriad of ways we humans suffer - anxiety, depression, loss and grief, hurtful relationships, trauma and its aftermath, intolerable feelings of shame, guilt, loneliness and sadness, parental challenges, addictions, panic attacks, confusion, disappointments, and on and on. And..., it takes courage to seek help. It would be my privilege to offer you a warm and safe space to freely speak and to be.
I am curious about who you are, your experiences, your feelings, your desires and dreams. I accept you right where you are, as messy as it may feel at this moment, and have a deep desire to understand you. I have compassion for the particular ways in which you hurt.
Collaboratively, we will explore skills that can help you better manage daily life. We can dive as deeply as you like to work through past experiences that interfere with living your full potential. I believe you have the capacity to heal. I look forward to your call and our meeting.
