Creating a life of purpose and joy is possible with the right support. For more than 25 years, I have had the privilege of supporting people of all ages as they navigated through the challenges they faced. I love what I do, and I am passionate about helping people move through their most difficult times, helping them to find meaning in their lives and connection in their relationships. In order to help more people, I formed a group practice of talented and compassionate like-minded therapists, each with their own unique style and set of skills, and a passion for helping others. My group practice is called Positive Therapy 4U.
Feeling comfortable and connected to your therapist is an important part of therapy. We strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space, which is so critical for growth to occur. Our client-centered approach allows us to focus on you as a unique individual. We will help you recognize your own inner strengths, develop new skills, and find the peace you deserve.
