Western culture teaches us to view our lives and our bodies as projects to be managed, critiqued, and constantly fixed. This creates a painful internal dilemma. You find yourself trapped in your head, managing everyone else's expectations, while simultaneously treating your physical body as an object to be analyzed and picked apart. It is an exhausting way to exist, leaving you feeling fragmented, overstimulated, and deeply disconnected from your own being. My practice is rooted in non-dual and unity frameworks: the understanding that you are not a collection of broken parts to be repaired. You are already inherently whole.
This work is about sorting through the mind's daily noise to create conditions for self-discovery. Weekly therapy offers you space to quiet your inner critic, establish firm boundaries, and return to yourself. If you feel lost, trapped, or stuck in life, and are ready to lean into your inherent wholeness to feel like YOU again, let's chat.
Please be aware that for some people, this type of therapy may feel like a slow process. The process of unlearning and relearning requires consistency, curiosity within yourself, patience, and moments of stillness. It takes effort, but anyone in this lifetime can heal their self-esteem, find freedom from self-doubt, and cultivate a calmer inner state.
