Hi, welcome! Let's be real, the past couple of years have had the potential to expose so many of us to pain, grief, fear, anxiety, depression, loneliness and strained relationships. If you're presently experiencing some of this, I'm here to walk alongside you to help you find hope, peace, healing and restoration for yourself and relationships. I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that has had the privilege of working with adolescents, college students, adults, elderly and couples. Presently, I work with Headway to offer affordable counseling through a variety of insurance carriers.
I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to tailor therapy to your specific needs, including, but not limited to: cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy to help you develop change and make desired progress in your life. My heart is to help you maneuver through life's difficulties towards hope, restoration, and joy.
I offer a warm, caring, non-judgmental presence, to process what all is going on in life, and assist you in making and achieving changes you'd like to see.
