All of my clients are seeking integration, healing, and wholeness. My client's describe situations & experiences that leave them feeling broken, confused, and out of control. These strong feelings lead people to feel a greater sense of anxiety, depression, anger, grief and loss. My client's want to regain a sense of inner control. They want to understand themselves in the context of their life and how to make life better and more meaningful in order to feel more love, joy, and connection. They want lasting healing from the inside out. My goal for each client is to collaboratively navigate a unique and lasting healing journey.
I utilize trauma informed evidence based treatments to facilitate effective and lasting change. These include but are not limited to: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), Ego-state therapy, Poly Vagal, ACT, psychodynamic, and family systems therapies. I'm a trauma informed therapist pursuing an advanced EMDR Certification through EMDRIA.
